Republican committee issues “awesome” copyright policy report then retracts within 24 hours

As reported at the 1709 Blog a Republican Congressional Committee issued a copyright policy that included, among other things, reducing the duration of copyrigth protection but the inexplicably retracted same within 24 hours.
